Each pitch accommodates up to 6 individuals (incl children) in up to 3 tents
Includes parking for 1 car in the farmyard, access to a electricity socket within a locker in the washing up area in the farmyard.
Extra parking bookable at £5 per car per night.
Pitches are approx. 20x15m incl. 9x5m all weather surface and each has a private toilet, hand basin, picnic bench and campfire pit
Please note we DO NOT accept caravans, campervans or dogs.
Strictly no vehicles on the campsite - wheelbarrows to provided to transport your gear.
2021 MAIN SITE TARIFF:

Low season (April - October): £47.50
Mid-season (Term time in May, June, July & September): £52.50
High Season (Bank holidays and school holidays May, June, July and August): £57.50
A minimum booking of 2 nights stay applies for weekends, and 3 nights stay for bank holidays. No Sunday arrivals.
TEMPORARY POP-UP CAMPING MEADOW:
(3 - 30 August only):
Undesignated grass pitches (ie pitch where-ever you like), designated private portaloo per booking, cold water standpipe for field.
No showers. No campfires (BBQS and raised firebowls fine - bring your own). No dogs. Tents and small campervans only. No caravans.
**Absolutely no access to the main site facilities.**
2021 POP-UP MEADOW TARIFF:
£8.50 per person (incl all children over 2 year)
Minimum of 2 people per booking and minimum 2 night stay at weekends. No Sunday arrivals
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Full payment is required up front at the time of booking and all bookings are considered final. You are entitled to cancel your booking up 6 weeks before the date of your stay with a 90% refund minus any Cool Camping booking fees. No refunds or alternative dates will be given for any cancellations or alterations (including pre-orders and extras) less than 6 weeks before the date of your stay. Under no circumstances will we be able to offer alterations or refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather forecasts.
COVID CLOSURE REFUND POLICY:
If we are required to close our site due to government order (for example in either a national or local lockdown) we will refund you 90% of your total booking minus any Cool Camping booking fees. If you are not able to take up your booking due for any other reason such as personal illness or quarantine our normal cancellation terms apply: we will not be able to offer any refunds or alternative dates for cancellations within six weeks of your arrival date.
COVID 19 Measures:
Our priority is keeping our customers safe during the COVID 19 outbreak. Our private 'en-pitch' toilets and individual pitches put us in a unique position of easily being able to implement social distancing on our site. We have a raft of procedures to further enable this included increased cleaning, contactless check-in, scheduled shower block usage. Unfortunately to enable us to carry out these measures we have had to make a small increase to our prices in order to accommodate our extra costs.
ANYONE FAILING TO ADHERE TO OUR SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.
