Each pitch accommodates up to 6 individuals (incl children) in up to 3 tents

​

Arrivals after 3pm, departures before 10.30am

​

Includes parking for 1 car in the farmyard, access to a electricity socket within a locker in the washing up area in the farmyard.

Extra parking bookable at £5 per car per night.

Pitches are approx. 20x15m with tree between each pitch.

 Each pitch has a private toilet, hand basin, picnic bench and campfire pit on the pitch and access to a locker in the washing up area with an electricity socket for charging small electrical items.

​

Please note we DO NOT accept caravans, campervans or dogs.
Strictly no vehicles on the campsite - wheelbarrows to provided to transport your gear.

Low season (April & October): £48, 2 night minimum booking

Mid-season (Term time in May, June, July & September): £55, 2 night minimum booking

High Season (Bank holidays and school holidays May, June, July and August):

£55, 3 night minimum booking

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • Full payment is required up front at the time of booking and all bookings are considered final. You are entitled to cancel your booking up 6 weeks before the date of your stay with a 90% refund minus any 3rd party booking fees.

  • No refunds or alternative dates will be given for any cancellations or alterations (including pre-orders and extras) less than 6 weeks before the date of your stay.

  • Under no circumstances will we be able to offer alterations or refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather forecasts. 

  • At times of extreme weather conditions we may need to implement a fire ban for the safety of our guests and property. We will not be able to offer any booking refunds in this event. Any pre-ordered fire wood will be refunded following your stay if a fire ban is in place for the duration of your stay.

  • The unpredictable nature of keeping livestock means that sometimes there may not be any animals in our animal paddock - in this event we will not be able to offer any refund.

COVID CLOSURE REFUND POLICY:

If we are required to close our site due to government order (for example in either a national or local lockdown) we will refund you 90% of your total booking minus any Cool Camping booking fees. If you are not able to take up your booking due for any other reason such as personal illness or quarantine our normal cancellation terms apply: we will not be able to offer any refunds or alternative dates for cancellations within six weeks of your arrival date.
