OUR STORY

The Viner family have been farming at Park Farm for over 100 years, true to our traditions we are still a working farm, these days we farm our 380 acres of arable and also have a small herd of dairy goats on the farm. We think Park Farm is a very special place and we'd love to share it with you.

The campsite is set at the top of our rolling meadows and each pitch has views strechting for miles across the farm and the valley beyond over to the Cotswold hills in the distance. After five years running a 'glamping' site we have tried to create what we think is the perfect campsite - somewhere we would like to stay ourselves - with 'proper' camping but with a few added luxuries to make it extra special.

THE MAIN SITE & FACILITES

Private picnic bench
& campfire
Private Toilet
free hot Showers
Large Private Designated pitches with Trees between each pitch

We are a tents only, vehicle free site, with just nine grass pitches and no electricity hook ups.

All of our pitches are in a line and each one looks out over our stunning far reaching views so you'll never be stuck with a view of someone else's tent!

Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs, motorhomes, caravans or trailer tents.

When you book you are able to chose which specific designated pitch you would like

(please see site map below).

Arrivals from 3pm, departures before 10.30am (late check until 5pm available Sundays only - £10)

When you arrive you can park in our clearly signed car parking area and collect a wheel barrow to transport your luggage down to your pitch - don't worry it's not far only about 400yds to the furthest end of the site - and it's well worth it to have a vehicle free, peaceful and safe area!

We are a busy working farm so there might not be anyone around to see you in but there is a board near the carpark showing which pitch you are booked into and everything is clearly signed so you won't get lost. When you get to the site your pitch will have a blackboard with your booking name on it. Think self-catering airbnb style self catering - but camping!

Each pitch has it's own private toilet shed with sink and cold running water, campfire area, picnic bench and more than enough space to pitch a large family size tent.

Campfires are positively encouraged and you can pre-order campfire wood whilst booking your pitch, but please do not fell any wood (see site rules). You are more than welcome to bring your own BBQ but please make sure it is raised off the ground.

Near the pitches there is an animal paddock, with our pet animals such as sheep and goats. Due to the unpredictable nature of keeping livestock there maybe times where there are no animals in the paddock.

In the farmyard we have free hot showers, covered washing up facilities and a small Honesty Shop selling a few essentials. Each pitch has it's own locker in the washing up area with an electricity socket for charging phones, tablets etc. Each pitch has it's own 'Honesty Jar' for the shop and campfire wood so please make sure you bring enough change!

You can order firewood and campfire packs whilst making your booking or purchase it from the Honesty Shop during your stay.

During your stay you are free to wander across our fields and meadows and explore the farm - just remember to shut the gates so the sheep don't escape!
